Refund & Return Policy
At Celeste D'or Curve, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help — under the following conditions:
Return Eligibility (change-of-mind returns)
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Once we send return instructions, the item must be shipped back within 14 days of that instruction (tracking required). Simply contacting us does not complete the return.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging, with all original tags attached, and any hygiene seal or liner intact, in a condition suitable for resale.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- The return address will be provided in your return instructions. Items sent without prior approval may not be processed.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives defective, damaged, or is not what you ordered, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement at no cost to you, including original shipping, return shipping, and any customs/duties paid. This applies to all items, including intimate apparel and Final Sale items.
Please report the issue within 14 days of delivery via our Return Form, including your order number and photos of each side of the item(s). We'll respond within 1–2 business days.
Perfect Fit Guarantee
Not sure about your size? You may be eligible for one free size exchange per order under our Perfect Fit Guarantee — subject to the eligibility conditions below.
To qualify:
- Apply within 14 days of delivery.
- All original tags must remain attached and any hygiene seal or liner must be intact.
- The item must not have been worn beyond trying it on for fit, and must be free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, or other marks.
- A valid proof of purchase is required.
If approved, we'll send the replacement size at no extra cost. Return of the original item is not normally required. We reserve the right to require return of the original item, and to limit the Perfect Fit Guarantee to one use per customer, where repeated or excessive claims occur. We may decline a Perfect Fit request that does not meet these eligibility criteria.
Change-of-Mind Returns: Category Limits (hygiene)
For hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, refunds, or exchanges once delivered. This does not affect your right to a refund or replacement if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect (see "Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items" above):
- Panties and intimate underwear
- Intimate Washing Bag
- Swimwear
- Items marked as "Final Sale" (the Final Sale restriction is also shown on the product page and at checkout before purchase)
Shapewear bodysuits (thong, brief, shorts): For hygiene reasons these are not eligible for change-of-mind cash refunds. If you have a sizing issue, you are covered by our Perfect Fit Guarantee (one complimentary size exchange per order within 14 days of delivery). Faulty or incorrect shapewear is fully refundable as above.
Promotional & Bonus Items (e.g. "Buy One, Get One Free")
Bonus or free items received as part of a promotion are not separately eligible for change-of-mind returns or size exchanges. If you return a qualifying purchase for a change-of-mind refund, any associated bonus item must be returned at the same time, or its standard retail price will be deducted from your refund.
This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty: a bonus or free item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described is covered by the same faulty-item rights as any other product (see "Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items" above).
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
- Change-of-mind returns (e.g., changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, no longer needed): a return fee applies. We do not offer free returns. The return fee equals the actual cost of return shipping and is deducted from your refund.
- Our error (incorrect, damaged, or defective item): we cover all costs — replacement or refund including original shipping, return shipping, and any customs/duties paid.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm the outcome.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- For change-of-mind returns, original shipping charges and customs/duties are non-refundable.
- For returns due to our error, original shipping charges and customs/duties are refunded.
- If a returned item arrives used, damaged, or without tags/seal (and is not faulty), we may decline the refund or offer a partial refund, and will contact you before doing so.
How to Return an Item
Step 1 — Contact us. Submit our Return Form with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, a brief reason, and photos of each side of the item(s). We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
Step 2 — Package and ship. Once approved, securely package the item(s) and ship within 14 days using a tracked service.
Step 3 — Refund processing. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email confirmation. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
All return requests, exchanges, and Perfect Fit claims go through the Return Form so your request is logged in one place.
Your Statutory Rights
This policy does not limit or replace your statutory rights under applicable U.S. federal and state consumer protection laws. You remain entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair for faulty or defective products, regardless of any category restriction or "Final Sale" designation above.
